Job Description The Director of Institutional Inclusive Programs and External Community Engagement, under general direction, directs institutional-level DEI program development and community engagement initiatives that provide students, faculty and staff multi-campus celebratory, educational and intercultural programs regarding culture, identity and related-competencies that promote and support institutional inclusive excellence.
Responsibilities:
-Directs department budgets, daily operations, and staff -Directs institutional level, multi-campus program development and coordination -Directs monitoring of divisional and community-related communication mediums, including social media, newsletter and website content -Directs marketing & branding strategies for divisional signature programs -Directs division collaborative efforts with Greek Affairs to promote and advance the expansion and representation of multicultural and Divine 9 Greek letter organizations -Grant Writing -Monitors divisional program evaluation plan -Facilitates cross-divisional and collaborative DEI community initiatives -Hires, trains, supervises, and evaluates staff. -Serves on University committees and participates in special projects. Experience:
-Bachelor's degree in applicable field or equivalent combination of education and experience. -7
years of related experience.
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Education AdministrationEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
