Position
Summary:
The Junior Accountant will possess an understanding of financial accounting standards and procedures.
The individual in this position will apply their knowledge to prepare journal entries and account reconciliations.
Tasks:
Prepare monthly journal entries for multiple locations Provide financial support to senior level accounting staff Complete multiple bank reconciliations Prepare and review various account reconciliations Understand all areas of accounting Grasp job costing and apply concepts Perform other related duties as assigned Skills:
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written and oral format Meet all deadlines throughout the month and during month end Work well with members of the accounting team Communicate effectively in written and oral format Experience and Education:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting Must be proficient with Excel Competitive Salary.
