Essential Job Duties and
Responsibilities:
Assists PM with property operations within the financial guidelines (The Budget)
Assists PM in ensuring adherence to all Monarch policies and procedures by the property team
Ensure desired tenant renewals are being captured at the highest rate possible
Responsible for building and maintaining a resident relations program
Generates renewal and other reporting to Property Manager
Ensures property is leased at or above market occupancy and rent levels based on owners guidelines by showing and leasing apartments when leasing agent is unavailable
Works with but not directly supervises the leasing agent to ensure best leasing practices
Assists PM in ensuring all property marketing is current, accurate, relevant and at its greatest effect
Assists PM with posting, collecting, tracking and managing delinquency of rental and other income
Assists PM in ensuring resident requests or complaints are responded to in a timely manner
Assists PM in keeping, recording and organizing records and files based on company and legal requirements
Orders and maintains inventory of all administrative supplies and equipment
Other duties and special projects as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Experience required (unless otherwise noted):
High school diploma or equivalent

years' experience in multi-family housing
Must have excellent computer skills and be able to navigate industry software
General knowledge of local, state and federal resident/property management laws/guidelines
Have excellent verbal and written communication
Excellent problem solving skills
Be able to provide great customer service to our residents
