Description
Tool and die maker in a steel stamping and injection molding facility with at least 15 years experience working with progressive dies, draw dies, and some-plastic injection molding, as well as various fixture types.
Responsibilities
Include trouble shooting
Working closely with set up persons
Housekeeping

Minimal travel required
Requirements
Operate all tool room manual machine-milling, lathe, surface grinders and hand surface grinders
Hold extremely tight tolerancesProgram and operate CNC Mill, CNC Lathe, and Wire EDMAble to using Auto Cad and Cad-Cam proficientlyRepair and trouble shoot progressive and draw dies.Able to repair and trouble shoot injection moldsBuild complete dies for just replacement die details (with and without die prints)Heat treatment process knowledge and experience a mustMust have hands on experience with multi stage progressive dies

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
